Memberships

Anyone can become a member of the St. Louis Mercantile Library. Each membership level receives other special benefits.

Student Membership (valid student ID required) $15

All the rewards of Individual Membership.

Friends of the Mercantile Library (Individual Membership) $45

General members and their immediate families receive:

Full privelages to borrow books both from the Mercantile and the UMSL Thomas Jefferson Library.
Member discounts on all Library programs, including Director’s Colloquia, lectures, book discussion series and special events.
Invitations to Members-only opening receptions for special exhibitions.
Member discounts on research and photo-duplication services.
10% discount on merchandise at the Mercantile Library Shop.
Subscriptions to the annual New Books list and the Library's biannual newsletter.
Free parking on campus while visiting the Library; contact the Library ahead of your visit for assistance.

Family Membership $65
